Live – Stay in locally owned teahouses, eat home-cooked meals, and walk paths villagers use every day.

Local – Trek with guides from the region who know the mountains and their stories.

Experience – Go beyond the trail: join family kitchens, talk with yak herders, visit ancient monasteries, and feel the rhythm of life in the Himalayas.

Plus, a portion of your trek payment supports children, elderly, and vulnerable locals in need.

Best Time to Trek (When)

Spring (March–May) – Rhododendrons in full bloom, pleasant temperatures, clear skies.

Autumn (September–November) – Crisp air, excellent visibility, perfect for photography.

Winter (December–February) – Quieter trails, but colder at high passes (Thorong La may have snow).

Monsoon (June–August) – Lush landscapes, fewer trekkers, but more rain and clouds.
